Finally! I say with a sigh of relief! So what does that mean? It should take about 8 days to get there and then the official wait for court starts. Two other families have passed court in the region our boys are from recently and it took approx 3 weeks from the time their dossier arrived in Congo. So hopefully, fingers crossed we will pass court and our boys will be legally ours by the end of March!! Trying to not get to excited because everything with our adoption process has not gone as planned, one slow down and roadblock after another, but I'm being hesitantly positive that it's going to happen by March.
Stay tuned....
Wonderful! Can't wait to see how long it takes.

ReplyDeleteHey Sara, That is fantastic news. The boys are SIMPLY GORGEOUS! I put in an inquiry to ALBB. When you ahve a chance, can we e-mail about your impression of them? We are at a point of deciding between a DRC adoption, Uganda adoption or domestic and I'd love to get your input!
